Bringing more than 23 years of extensive experience to the table, Scott has a proven track record in steering sales teams with exceptional proficiency in management, distribution, and operations. His expertise spans regional, national, and international realms, underscoring his versatility and prowess in the field.

Scott's journey began as a paramedic, and he has maintained his dedication to healthcare even after retiring from active service. Over the years, he has taken on multifaceted roles, consistently surpassing expectations. Scott's previous engagement as the Laerdal Regional Channel Manager, responsible for thirteen states, showcases his ability to educate, nurture, and oversee manufacturers, distribution representatives, and customers within the simulation and EMS/Fire sector. He firmly believes that fostering relationships and offering valuable insights are instrumental in aiding organizations to comprehend and implement ongoing training within simulation and training practices.

His background features experience in healthcare sales targeting C-suite executives, along with proficiency in managing sales teams and devising comprehensive training programs. This includes training, lecturing, and performance monitoring, as well as handling sales teams dealing with SAAS programs and online education within healthcare and EMS/Fire sectors.

Scott initiated his EMS career three decades ago as a Nationally Registered EMT/Paramedic, and his journey has led him to hold roles as an instructor, supervisor, FTO, and more, contributing significantly to the industry's growth. Despite his diverse managerial, sales, and corporate roles post-EMS, he still considers himself a paramedic at heart.

Scott's academic background comprises a BS in Healthcare Management from National Louis University, along with an EMT/Paramedic Certificate from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
