I have bought and used and highly recommended this DOK since it first was sold years ago. As a board-certified emergency physician x 35 years, and with 30+ years in the tactical medicine field, and author of multiple books / articles, I still consider this kit the gold standard. I have worked with multiple school districts and companies, and this is the also the best kit for teachers / offices / work sites / places of worship. IMO (in my opinion), this kit has the best tourniquet, the best compression dressing (4 inch OLAES) which is also used for chest seal application, and other key gear that is needed. If you have specific additional items to add, the re-usable heavy-duty zip-lock plastic pouch allows easy addition of a space blanket (hypothermia rx), Band-Aids, Tylenol, etc. For the price, it can't be matched. And the company is world-class. Two thumbs up, highly recommended, these are life-saving kits. Everyone should have several at home, in each car, and at your work site / any place that people gather.
